The JIET, the second oldest degree Engineering College of our state established since 1995-96 aims at producing potential Engineers. The laboratories/workshop of all its Departments have been well equipped with the machines, tools, equipments and Computers as per the BPUT syllabus. Broadband Internet facility has been provided in the college for each student. There is a good  library with the facility of e-journals available. Healthy academic atmosphere is being maintained with the effective leadership of the Principal who happens to be an academician as well as a noted Engineer of our state.

JIET has come to acquire such status due to sincere efforts made by teaching as well as non-teaching staff members of the college.

I am sure the JIET, if it continues to keep its present pace of growth, would one day, rise to  the position of one of the top degree engineering colleges of our state.
